She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Bailey and Thelma Summers Bailey; her husband Lowell Pettigrew; her brothers, Herschel Bailey, Charles Bailey, Olan Bailey and Edward "Buck" Bailey; and her grandson Kristopher Lance Simpson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Simpson (Jim) and Lesa King (Jim); her grandchildren, Ashley Calvert (Adrienne), Sara Patterson (Jamie), Rachel McDowell (Mark), Elijah King (Jessie) and James King (Gina); her great grandchildren, Austin (Liz), Jocelyn, Reiley, Leighton, Jacob, Molly, Carly, Cooper and Ellie; her great great grandchild Nora; and her daughters, Beverly Meadows Morgan and Cathy Beck Wilson.
Memorials may be made to the Pleasant View General Baptist Church or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
