With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David L Mattingly of Malden, Missouri, born in Kennett, Missouri, who passed away on July 6, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Mattingly and Alida Marie Melenbrink Mattingly; his wife Marie Louise Rogers; and his brothers, Jim and Charles Dees.

He is survived by: his children, Scott Mattingly (Sarah) of Evansville, Logan Mattingly (Angelica) of Dexter and Melissa Prewett (Tyler) of Peculiar, Missouri; his grandchildren, Collin, Riley, Abby, Daniel, Elizabeth Mattingly, Savannah, Hunter Prewett, Bentley, Carter and Grayson Mattingly; and his brothers, Joe of St. Louis, Dennis Dees of St. Louis, Bob Dees of Desoto, Bud Dees of Wilhelmina, Bill of Wilhelmina, Rick of Wilhelmina and Tom Mattingly of Wilhelmina. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
