He is survived by: his son Joe Penrod (Christy) of Hillsboro, MO; his granddaughter Joanna Marie Echols (Craig) of Virginia Beach; and his great grandchildren, Caelum Echols and Kierstyn Dixon. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
