He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Dale Rawls and Monia Jean Woollums; his granddaughters, Lisa McElvoy and Kelsey McElvoy; his great grandchildren, Liam Woolums and Oliver Woollums; and his siblings, Terry Rawls and Julia Drayton.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Borah; his children, Eric Woollums (Melissa) of Pensacola, Tony McElvoy (Deloris) of Burfordville, Missouri and Tammy Smith (Matt) of Malden; his grandchildren, Brandi Haley, Brittany Woollums, Toby Woollums, Kalin McElvoy, Bailey Woollums, Braden Woollums and Haley McElvoy; and his great grandchildren, Nolen Haley, Carter Woollums, Cameron Woollums, Owen McElvoy, Tatum Woollums and Ada Woollums.
