He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Henry Hartsfield and Mamie Belle Lawfield Hartsfield; his granddaughter Sabrina Bolton; his great grandchild Kaleigh Jones; and his brothers, Alvis Hartsfield and Bobby Hartsfield.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys E. Meese; his daughter Cathy Stanfield (Jim) of Bernie; his grandchildren, Travis Stanfield (Michelle) of Bernie and Samantha Jones; his great grandchildren, Justin Stanfield, Corbin Brown, Jarred Jones, Camryn Stanfield, Taylor Stanfield, Jaxon Stanfield, Colton Jones, Dara Jones and Tori Stanfield; and his siblings, Calvin Hartsfield (Norma) of Malden, George Hartsfield (Paula) of Jefferson City, Mary Timmer of Eldon, Jo Ann McCurter of Bernie and Betty Stegall of Dexter.
