He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sue Brickey August; his children, Jeff Karsten (Christy) and Leigh Ann Williams (Corey); his grandchildren, Eryn Karsten, Austin Hunter (Jenna Kirtley) and Daelyn Williams; his great grandchild Bentley Jourdan Williams; his brother Dennis Karsten (Minnie); and his mother-in-law Lillian Brickey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
