She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Kotsenburg (Coose); and her grandparents, Ernest, Queenie Coose, Clyde and Jewell Kotsenburg.
She is survived by: her father Nellis Kotsenburg (Berna) of Paris; her husband Thomas Creed of Madison; her children, Tyler Wilson (Karen) of Madison, Andy Creed of Mexico and Elizabeth Wilson of Springfield; her siblings, Eric Kotsenburg of Oklahoma City, OK and Valerie Kotsenburg of Paris; and her stepbrothers, Ryan Griffith and Randon Griffith of Paris, MO. She is also survived by one grandchild, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
