She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Alpaugh and Hazel Hammond Alpaugh; her son Ron Sparks; her sisters, Nelle Myers and Joyce Claybrook; and her husband Joe.
She is survived by: her former husband Victor Sparks of Shelbina, MO; her son Donald Sparks (Midge) of Aurora, MO; and her daughter-in-law Phyllis Sparks of Tyler, TX. She is also survived by Five grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
Memorials may be made to the Sunset Hills Cemetery, Madison Lioness Club, Madison Area Community Center.
