He is survived by: his parents, Paul Crouch and Loretta Crouch (Daniel) of Verona; his wife Gwen; his children, Jared Crouch of Wills Point, Jason Crouch of Madison, Alabama and Cassie Meyer of Madison, Alabama; and his sisters, Julia Parnell of Jacksonville, Lisa Dean of Springfield and Lora Gallagher of Moscow Mills, Missouri.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
