She was predeceased by: her parents, Ike Charlton and Martha Charlton (Clark); her husband Reginald "Reggie" Starkey; her siblings, Lenoard Charlton, Edward Charlton and Lorene Hefner; and her daughters-in-law, Martha "Marty" Starkey, Michelle Starkey and Catherine Starkey.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold Lee Starkey, Roger Starkey and Frankie Starkey. She is also survived by grandchildren, fifteen (15) great grandchildren, and two (2) great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Follis & Sons Chapel (700 Madison Plaza Dr, Fredericktown, MO 63645). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
