She was predeceased by: her brothers, Lester and Tony; and her great-nephew Clay. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Rita Willingham (Ken); her nephews, Keven Willingham, Eric Willingham (Lana), Shawn Willingham and Jason (Jessica); and her niece Brandi Chick (Brian). She is also survived by two great nephews, a great niece, one great great nephew, two great great nieces.
