Forsyth of Overland Park, KS, Samantha Jennings (Drew) of Cleveland, MO, Kimberly Bouchard of Wichita, KS, Rachel Bouchard of Topeka, KS and Jay Daubenberger of Cape Coral, FL; her great grandchildren, Hannah Apel, Jordan Munroe and Charlotte Jennings; and her sister Janet Davis (Dana) of Ft.
