He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Yohe and Irene Yohe; his brother Larry Yohe; his brother-in-law Robert Brown; and his niece Regina Yohe.
He is survived by: his significant other Lona Yohe; his children, Les Shoemate, Lea Yohe and Kristina Schmidt (John); his granddaughters, Ashlie Hart (Gavin) and Trisha Anderson; his sisters-in-law, Karen Yohe and Jean Tompkins (TJ); and his nephews, Todd Yohe (Amy), Scott Yohe (Kristen), Taylen Brown (Tracy) and John Tompkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Community Bucks program at Rooted 242 which can be done at the store in Moberly or at https://www.rooted242moberly.org., or while attending the celebration of life, an in person donation can be made to the Gary Yohe Memorial Youth Hunt Scholarship Fund.
