It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Tooley of Madison, Missouri, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may David find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his father Carl Tooley; his father-in-law Donald Givens; and his siblings, Debra Wayne (Tooley) and Donald Tooley. He is survived by: his mother Joan Tooley (Barger); his wife Christy Tooley (Givens); his children, Wyatt, Kortnie Purnell (Columbia), Daniel Tooley (Columbia) and Ashlee Tooley; his sister Deann Tooley Gibler (Daniel Fessler); and his mother-in-law Ruby Givens. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Central Christian Church (201 S 4th St, Moberly, MO 65270).
