He was predeceased by: his sisters, Janice Smith and Denise Ducharme. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline "Jackie", Alan Hale Jr. (Gala Wells) of Park Hills, Matthew Hale of Farmington and Christina Hale of Farmington; and his siblings, Gary Hale, Ricky Ducharme, Linda Colberson and Cindy Rhea. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild.
