He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Lea and Goldie Lea (Foley). He is survived by: his wife Mary of Macon; his children, Ernie Lea (Kristie) of Macon and Marlene Lucas (Shawn) of Macon; and his grandchildren, Ronnie Lea, Kristy Lea, Nick Lea, Christopher Lueckenhoff, Karen Butner, Jordan Janes, Riley Lucas, Andrew Lucas and Katelyn Hall. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, and nieces, nephews and other extended family.

The family suggests memorials to the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund.
