He is survived by: his sons, Mike Shultz (Tracey) of Macon and Vincent Mark Shultz Jr. of Pueblo, CO; his grandchildren, Alexis Haddock, Adrienne West and Cameron Schultz; and his siblings, Richard Schultz and Nancy Schultz.
