She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Albertus and Marguerite McHenry (Madison); her husband Roger K. Smith; and her sister Virginia Faulkner. She is survived by: her daughter Marilyn Simpson (Winston) of Clarence, MO; her granddaughter Amy Owen (Thomas) of Murfreesboro, TN; her great grandchildren, Annmarie, Keeley, Samuel and Justin; her nephews, David Campbell (Donna) of Mulvane, KS, Richard Campbell (Lynette) of Abilene, KS, William Jacoby of Wichita, KS and Charles Jacoby (Molly) of Wichita, KS; her niece Beckie Whittier (Wayne) of New Braunfels, TX; and her sister-in-law Wanda Jacoby of Wichita. She is also survived by four cousins and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First Christian Church in Macon, MO or Converse Cemetery.
