He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Morgan (Ford) and Virgil W. Morgan; his son Ronald Morgan; his sister Rita Morton (John Morton); and his great grandchild Alexandria Christine Coleman.

He is survived by: his wife Wanita Morgan; his children, Deborah Whitehead (Ronnie) and Farrell Morgan (Tara); his grandchildren, Christopher Snipes (Stephanie), Danielle Coleman (David), Jason Snipes, Brayden Morgan and Brentyn Morgan; his great grandchildren, Haley Snipes and Sierra Coleman; and his sister Brenda Ray (Steve).

The family suggests memorials to the family for expenses.
