He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cash; his stepsons, Vernon Cash of Shelbyville, MO and Dennis Cash of Forsythe, MO; his stepgranddaughter Eterniti; his great grandchild Max; and his siblings, John Vaughn of West Virginia, Toy "Punkie" Vaughn of Arkansas, Marilyn "Mutt" and Zeiler.
The family suggests memorials to the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund.
