He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Charles Miller (Dick) and Eula Miller; and his great grandchild Karalynn Binder. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his stepchildren, Karrie Farmer (Tim), Richard Miller (Andrea) and Christian Miller (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Lindi Binder (Nathan), Annabelle Miller and Greta Miller; and his brother Harry (Richie Miller).
