He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Boyd and Lora Mabel Ann Davis (Williams); his stepfather Claude Beeson; his siblings, Doris Riley, Beverly Oshel, Donna Norman and Gale Davis; and his nephew Michael Ervin.
