He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claudine F. McRae Williams and Wilbur H. Williams of Macon, MO.; his grandparents, Mabel and Claude McRae; his wife Mildred "Millie" Techau; his sibling Linette Lynn Uong; his daughter Linette Uong; his grandchild Ashton; his daughter Loretta Anderson (Brad Anderson); his grandsons, Brayden and Colby; and his brother Ronnie Williams.

Family requires a mask to be worn and practice safe social distancing.

Memorials may be made to the Macon First Baptist Church.
