He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brian Chappel (Amanda) and Terri Willoughby (Chappel); his great grandchildren, Ayden, Ariana and Jeannie Chappel; his stepdaughter Linda Wells; and his friend Laura Burch. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
