She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Reamsnyder and Hazel Reamsnyder (Rupert); her husband Raymond Cloyce "Jack" Phipps; her brother Art Reamsnyder; and her son-in-law Gene Pagliai.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Fanning (Paul) of Arizona and Donna Pagliai of Excello, MO; her grandchildren, Shelly Franco, Paula Fouse (Todd), Tony Pagliai (Janet), Julie Hammontree (Wayne) and Frank Pagliai (Toni); her great grandchildren, Sherry, Nathan, Wyatt, Brenden, Caleb, Phillip, Allison and Bailey; and her brother Larry Reamsnyder. She is also survived by 15 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
The family suggests memorials to the Crossroads Christian Church or Loch Haven Nursing Home.
