He is survived by: his wife Georgia Carroll Smith of Macon; his daughter Melanie Jensen Black (Tom) of Pratt, KS; and his grandchildren, Victoria Black Mock (Jeremy) of Meade, KS, Abigail Black of Niamey, Niger Africa, Austin Black (Milan) of Pratt, KS, Eren Jensen of Kernersville, NC and Brenna Jensen of Tallahassee, FL..
