He is survived by: his sisters, Debbie Wells (Pat) of West Plains, MO, Patricia Johnson of Aynor, SC and Laura Johnson (Tony) of Kansas City, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany, William, Ryan, Whitney, Sarah and Nolan.
