He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Martie and Mary Martie (Allen); and his siblings, John Martie Jr. and Betty Semrau. He is survived by: his wife Pat Martie of Macon; his children, Jason Martie (Crystal) of Macon and Jacque Clifton (Mike) of St. Louis, MO; and his grandchildren, Mickey Martie, Sophia Martie, Paisley Martie, Mattingly Clifton and Drake Clifton. He is also survived by other extended family and in-laws.
