He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sylvester and Margie Kathleen Chezum (Loe). He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Libbi Sparks of Liberty, MO, Brian Chezum (Kelly) of Canton, NY and Amy Youngblut (Nick) of Jesup, IA; his grandchildren, Josh, Nathan, Cade, Nikayla, Makena and Merrick; and his sister Janice Ledger (Virgil) of Pleasant Plain, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family.
