We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2022, at the age of 79, James Charles Cerva of Macon, Missouri, born in Highland Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tony Cerva and Dena Cerva (Amidei); his wife Peggy Cerva; his daughters, Diana Hochstetler (Will) of Macon, MO and Susan Emanuel (Jeff) of Macon, MO; his grandchildren, Ashley Riley of Kansas City, KS, Brock Emanuel of Kirksville, MO and Hunter Emanuel of Macon, MO; his brother Michael Cerva (Lynda) of Forney, TX; his brother-in-law Roger Rector (Pam) of Macon, MO; his parents-in-law, Vern and Josephine Rector; and his niece Anna Jeanette Rector. He was also cherished by three nieces; one nephew; three great-nieces; and two great nephews.
The family asks that memorials be made to the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund or the Richardsdale Cemetery Fund.
