He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Frank Withrow and Dorothy Frances Withrow; his granddaughter Jonna Schwartz; his brother Phillip; and his niece Denise Ann Batton.
He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Ann Bugg; his wife Pat; his brother Richard Lee Withrow (Mary) of Columbia, MO.; his children, Tammy Jo Melott, Watonga of Oklahoma, Lesley Lynn Swartz, Lissa Michelle Adams, Mark of Jefferson City, MO, Stacey Lynn Cooper, Jim of Macon, MO, Holly Leigh Withrow, Rick Campbell, Sabrina, Doug and Ed Batton; and his grandchildren, Amy Wenzel, Kyle Roberts, Cole Campbell, Derek Campbell, Kristen Campbell, Eric Campbell, Mikeal Baker, Justin Baker, Waylan Melott, Brittany Schwartz, Tyler Watson, Haley Campbell, Syndey Adams, Morgan Reed and Adam Reed.
Due to the threat of COVID-19, they will have a socially distanced funeral.
