He is survived by: his wife Diana Smith of Macon; his daughters, Barbara Roberts (Jim) of Macon and Dorie Slagle (Mike) of Macon; his daughter-in-law Jackie Smith of Columbia, MO; his grandchildren, Jennifer Smith, Josh Roberts (Kim), Kelli Smith (Marty Poe), Jessica Amezcua (Jason), Jolene Blevins (Josh), Aislynn McCollum (Zach) and Carli Taylor (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Alex Desmangles, Zach, Morgan, Ricky Bell, Ashlei Fuller (Tyler), McKenzie Lagle, Carson Poe, Aubrey, Emma, Janet Barbara Amezcua, Levi, Ethan, Madison Blevins, Marklynn Joy McCollum and Dylanie Taylor; and his siblings, Vernon Smith (Julie) of Maynard, IA, Dwight Smith (Charyl Lynn) of Excello, MO, Alma Schlumbohm of Stanley, IA and Margaret Butler (Dick) of Wonewoc, WI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws and extended family.
