He is survived by: his parents, David Wayne of Monroe City, MO and Rosemary Kay Shaw (Daniel) of Palmyra, MO; his wife Whitney Glaspie; his children, Carson Shaw of Linn, MO, Harley Cook of Macon, Raven Matthew of Macon and Valaska Cook of Macon; his granddaughter Emerson Shaw; his siblings, Jeremy Hultz of Quincy, MO, David Shaw II of Macon, Melinda Shepherd (DJ) of Canton, MO and Angie Gardner (T. J.) of Macon; his grandmother Helen Shaw; his daughter Sara Fry; his nephews, Logan Robinson and Braxton Shaw; and his niece Zailey Gardner. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and other extended family.
