With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erma Ruth of Macon, Missouri, born in Shelbyville, Missouri, who passed away on August 8, 2020 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Earl and Ruby Maggie Jane Thomas; and her husband Robert H. Ruth. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Ann Waller (John), Donna Jane Teter (Hugh) and Karen Sue Murr (Bill); and her great grandchildren, Jordan, MacKenzie, Alyssa, Karsten, Cooper, Kristen, Dalton, Ashley, Austin, Breanna, Quinn, Blake, Brady, Josie and Case. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Mission Dignity - a program of Southern Baptist for elderly pastors and wives who have no retirement.
