He is survived by: his wife Nancy Miller of Macon; his children, Kenneth Miller of Macon, Laura Whitham (David) of Excelsior Springs and Martin Howard of Macon; his grandchildren, Dustin Ray Miller of Kansas City, Magen Coursen (Chris) of Smithville, MO, Zachary Coursen of Kansas City, Patrick Aaron Howard (Kirstan Vance) of Macon and Jocelynn Howard (Maggie) of Chillicothe, MO; his great great grandchildren, Lizabeth Vardy, Lukas Vardy, Roze Howard and Lillianna Howard; and his sisters, Linda Piel of Kansas City and Patty Giles (Chuck) of Macon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, near and far, in-laws and other extended family.
