She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Hayward and Dorothy Lucille Cheever (Dille). She is survived by: her daughter Lucy Amanda Warren (Scott) of Macon; her siblings, David Cheever (Patty) of Bevier, MO and Becky Baldwin (Dennis) of Macon; her niece Robyn Howell (Kurt); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Evyn, Blythe and Karys Howell; and also, Clint Baldwin (Natalie), Silas and Rockland Baldwin.

Memorials are suggested to the Samaritan Memorial Hospital Foundation.
