Sayre; his children, Gregory Russell Schiff of Macon, Missouri and Amber Marie Schiff of Bevier, Missouri; his stepson James Parrish of Newtown, Missouri; his sister Karen L Rhoades of Callao, Missouri; his nieces, Christina Young, Brandi Zoellick, Traci Dale and Jenny Chinn; his nephew Christopher Schiff; his stepgranddaughter Serena Parrish; his brother Kevin Schiff; and his nephew Steven Rhoades.
Memorials in memory of David may be made to Elmer Cemetery.
