He is survived by: his parents, Amy Perkins (Johnson) and Shannon Perkins of Macon, MO; his brother Colton Mayse (Stephanie) of Columbia, MO; his stepsiblings, Shannen of Harley, TJ and Dylan of Macon, MO; his siblings, Eric, Justice and Tony; his grandparents, Jeri and Dan Wilt of Macon, MO; his great-grandparents, Camilla Miner and Barby Wilt of Macon, MO; his grandparents, Steve, Shelley Mayse, Ann and Larry Fisher of Kansas City, MO; his uncle David Wilt (Callie) of Macon, MO; and his aunt Julie Frick of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by loving family members, including aunts, uncles, cousins, and an abundance of loyal friends.
