He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Hartman and Velma Hartman (Sheffield); his son-in-law Justin Hazlett; his sister Virginia Justice; and his pets, Weenie and Bozo.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Hazlett of Moberly, MO; and his grandchildren, Misti Hartman (Jason Rains), Mikey Torres (Casey), Daniel Torres (Jenni), Jennifer Lindsey (Warren) and Ashton Hazlett (Tom). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
