She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Foley and Mildred Foley (Perkins); her husband Carl Pennington; her son James B. Long; her daughter-in-law Shirley Michele Long; her stepson-in-law Danny Brooks; and her siblings, Patricia Woodard, John W. Foley and James Daniel Foley.
She is survived by: her son John W. Long of College Mound, MO; her stepchildren, Carla Voga (Joe) of Ten Mile, MO, Linda Danner (Rick) of Ten Mile, MO, Diane Brooks of Fairdealing, MO and Duane Pennington (Sharon) of Atlanta, MO; her grandchildren, Kelli D. Evans (Seth), Nicholas Long, Anthony Long, Chad Long, Tammy Thompson and John A. Long; her stepgrandchildren, Joe Voga Jr., Angie Richardson, Mark Danner, Sara Danner, Carrie Brooks, Amanda Tippen, Christina Mosley and Ashlea Pennington; her daughter-in-law Gail E. Long; and her aunt Betty Wilson of Chandler, AZ.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
