She was predeceased by: her parents, Loyd Carney and Florence Carney (Kidwell); her husband Melvin Eugene Garnett; her brother James William Carney; and her son Kelly Eugene Garnett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Lara (Robert) of Sedalia, Marlene Snow (Lester) of La Plata and Brenda Baker (Randy) of La Plata; her grandchildren, Angie Weber, Cory Snow, Ashley Shoemaker, Cody McSorley and Dusty Baker; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Shaelyn, Conner, Sloan, Cason and Flynt; her niece Jill Dobbs; and her nephew Jade Carney.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hutton and McElwain Funeral Home (301 N Rubey St, Macon, MO 63552). A graveside service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Leonard Cemetery.
