She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Canon and Dollie Canon (Moore); her spouse Gilbert Hardwick; and her half-brother Homer Lee. She is survived by: her daughters, Loretta Dodd (David) of Springfield, MO, Betty Frier and Gilda Bramblett of High Point, NC; and her half-sister Florence Lee of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
