He is survived by: his daughters, Victoria Wynne Herdman (Luke) of Springfield and Lauren Elizabeth Allman (Doug) of Lebanon, Missouri; his grandchildren, Samuel Paul Herdman and Ashlea Wynne Herdman; his siblings, William Ralph Hicks (Milda) of Macks Creek, Richard Leon Hicks (Cherrie) of Macks Creek, Missouri, Sonja Jane Rowley of Denver and Gretchen Campbell (Kenny) of Macks Creek, Missouri.; and his former wife Phyllis Woodrum of Lebanon.
