It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leland LeRoy Spores of Macks Creek, Missouri, born in Lansing, Iowa, who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Spores and Delores Spores; his siblings, Louise Spores and John Spores; and his foster parents, Fred Boyce and Mardene Boyce.
He is survived by: his wife Tamyra Spores; his children, Jamison Spores (Amie) of Waukee, Iowa and Kerry Solomon (Dan) of Mt. Vernon, Iowa; his grandchildren, Mae and Will; and his foster siblings, Jim Boyce (Sharon) of Minnesota and Mary Boyce of Albuquerque. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
