She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Capps and Osa Capps; and her husband Don Varner. She is survived by: her sons, Layne Davis (Angie) of Macks Creek and Joel Davis (Sherry) of Oskaloosa, Iowa; and her stepchildren, John Varner (Wanda) of St. Joseph and Dana Varner of St. Joseph, Missouri. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations are suggested to Lake Regional Foundation.
