He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel Kelley and Elizabeth Kelley (Banks); and his children, Scott Kelley of Macks Creek, Steve Kelley of Lone Rock, Brian Kelley of Baraboo, Wisconsin and Tara Syvertson of Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and 19 brothers and sisters.
