He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Moulder and Lillie Moulder (Degraffenreid); his wife Jessie Helen Moulder; his son Rodney Moulder; and his siblings, Donald Moulder, L. Z. Moulder and Wanita Cowen.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Kathy Moulder of Macks Creek, Missouri; his son Randy Moulder (Mary Lou) of Macks Creek, Missouri; his grandchildren, Dustin Moulder, Sarah Moulder, Jason Moulder (Meredith), Vanessa Sawyer (Robert) and Kyle Moulder; his stepgrandchildren, William Supitilov and Lee Supitilov; his brother-in-law James Noland of Osage Beach, Missouri; and his brothers, Jimmie Moulder (Katie) of Knob Noster and Jackie Moulder (Carolyn) of Macks Creek, Missouri.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
