David McCullough Obituary

He was predeceased by: his brother Steve McCullough. He is survived by: his parents, Leon McCullough of Sawyer, Kansas and Carol McCullough (Underwood) of Wichita, Kansas; his wife Debbie McCullough; his children, Jeremy McCullough (Susie) of Augusta, Josh McCullough of Sedalia, Steven Smith of Springfield and Angel Smitherman of Camdenton, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Austin, Cheyenne McCullough, Hanna Rogers, Zack, Sophie McCullough, Parker, Spencer Smith, Kyla and Kody Kempter. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
