Jean Essner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Essner of Lutesville, Missouri, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who passed away on November 22, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Nell Stone Huff and Dale Johnson Huff; her son Mark Anthony Essner; her father-in-law Leon Essner; her stepmother Dotty Wulfers Huff; and her brother-in-law Andrew Essner.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Marion Essner; her daughters, Kim (Brian Ziegler), Kari (James Wilhelm) and Leonna (Dean Heuring); her brothers, Greg Huff of Benton, Stass Huff of Cape Girardeau and Rick Huff of Benton; her mother-in-law Corona "Coonie" Essner of New Hamburg; her sister-in-law Carla Essner of New Hamburg; her grandchildren, Anne Ziegler of Fayette, Addison Ziegler of Kelso, Emma Wilhelm of Benton, Ali Ziegler, Drake Wilhelm, Griffin Wilhelm of Kelso, Rolen Heuring of New Hamburg, Ellie Wilhelm, Elise Wilhelm and Ember Wilhelm of Kelso; and her great grandchild Baylor Morris of Fayette. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Parish Center (1017 State Hwy A, Chaffee, MO 63736). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (1017 State Hwy A, Chaffee, MO 63736).
