He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Eldon and Roselyn Elizabeth Damerell (Stephenson); and his nephew Ryan C. Bondurant. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Cox (Donnie) of Braymer and Rhonda Bondurant (Bob) of Mooresville, Missouri; his uncle Roger Stephenson (Bonnie) of Ludlow, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Markt (Chris), Stephanie Joint (Nic), Brad Cox (Toi Anne) and Derek Cox.
